Design for Life ออกแบบเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตที่สมบูรณ์แบบ
เมื่อต้องการให้บ้านสามารถใช้งานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพ ฟังก์ชันต่าง ๆ จะต้องถูกออกแบบและวางแผนให้เข้ากับรูปแบบการใช้ชีวิตหรือไลฟ์สไตล์ของผู้อยู่อาศัยด้วย นอกจากนี้ยังต้องพิจารณาถึงความยืดหยุ่นในการปรับใช้พื้นที่เพื่อให้สอดรับกับความต้องการในอนาคตด้วย เช่นเดียวกับบ้านหลังนี้ที่โจทย์หลักต้องการบ้านชั้นเดียวสำหรับวัยเกษียณหรือบ้านสำหรับผู้สูงอายุเพื่อใช้เป็นพื้นที่พักผ่อน ต้องมีหลักฮวงจุ้ยเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญ มีฟังก์ชันครบและต้องมีพื้นที่ใช้สอยที่มากพอสำหรับครอบครัวใหญ่
เฌอวาดในฐานะผู้ออกแบบจึงได้ออกแบบบ้านโดย Keep Concept บ้านสำหรับคนวัยใกล้เกษียณที่มีฟังก์ชันครบรองรับการใช้ชีวิตที่สะดวกสบาย โดยแกนหลักของบ้านหลังนี้จะกำหนดโดยหลักฮวงจุ้ย ทั้งในส่วนของตำแหน่งห้องนอน ห้องพระ รวมถึงช่องเปิดจะต้องถูกต้องตรงตามหลักฮวงจุ้ย นอกจากนี้ด้วยผังตัวอาคารที่หันหน้าไปทางทิศเหนือสามารถมองเห็นวิวภูเขาได้ จึงดีไซน์ Space หรือฟังก์ชันหลัก อาทิ ห้องดูทีวี ห้องพักผ่อน ห้องทำงาน พื้นที่เฉลียงให้สามารถเปิดมุมมองจากภายในสู่ภายนอกได้อย่างสบายตา
สำหรับบ้านหลังนี้เป็นบ้านชั้นเดียวแบบบ้านพิเศษ ขนาด 5 ห้องนอน 6 ห้องน้ำ โดย Mood & Tone ของตัวบ้านจะเป็นสไตล์ญี่ปุ่นให้ความรู้สึกถึงความผ่อนคลาย เน้นการคุมโทนสีธรรมชาติหรือสีเบทเป็นหลัก โดยสีภายนอกจะมีโทนสีน้ำตาลเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้ใกล้เคียงกับธรรมชาติมากขึ้น ส่วนภายในเป็นสีของไม้โอ๊ค สีเทาและสีน้ำตาล ส่วนฟังก์ชันภายในถูกออกแบบให้เป็นสัดส่วน โดยมีโถงกลางบ้านขนาดใหญ่ที่เป็นไฮไลท์เชื่อมต่อพื้นที่ทั้งหมด ทำให้สามารถมองเห็นบรรยากาศภายนอกและสระว่ายน้ำได้อย่างมีอิสระ รวมถึงการออกแบบทางลาดสำหรับรถวีลแชร์เพื่อความสะดวกสบายในการใช้ชีวิตในอนาคตด้วย นอกจากนี้ยังมีอาคารเซอร์วิสที่ออกแบบให้เป็นห้องซักรีด ห้องพักแม่บ้านและคนขับรถต่อเนื่องจากตัวบ้านอีกด้วย
และเพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศในการอยู่อาศัยลูกค้าออกแบบ Landscape ในสไตล์ญี่ปุ่นโดยวางเส้นสายทางเดินคดโค้งเพื่อให้เหมาะกับการจัดวางต้นวางต้นไม้โดยเลี่ยงต้นไม่ผลัดใบและแซมด้วยไม้ดอกเพื่อสร้างสีสัน นอกจากนี้ยังช่วยให้ลูกค้าได้มีเวลาอยู่กับสวนเพิ่มมากขึ้นอีกด้วย
เพราะความสุขสามารถเกิดขึ้นได้ในทุกวัน การสร้างสรรค์พื้นที่ที่สามารถตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของเราได้อย่างตรงจุด นอกจากจะช่วยให้เราได้ใช้ชีวิตที่สะดวกสบายแล้ว ยังช่วยให้เรารู้สึกผ่อนคลายและสามารถสัมผัสถึงความอบอุ่นที่อยู่รอบตัวเราได้อีกด้วย
Designed for a Perfect Lifestyle
Designing a residence to provide comfortable and well-utilized living space requires careful planning, with the residents' needs as its core. This involves integrating a functional layout and creating the surrounding ambiance that meet lifestyle needs and promote happiness.
To ensure a home's full functionality, various features must be carefully designed and planned to align with the residents' way of life. Furthermore, it’s essential to consider the flexibility of adapting spaces for future needs. In this case, the primary requirement was a single-story home for retirees or elderly, intended as a peaceful retreat. Feng Shui principles played a crucial role, along with the need for complete functionality and ample space to accommodate a large family.
Cher-Wad, the designer, envisioned the home as a space for near-retirees, equipped with all the necessary functions for a comfortable lifestyle. The core design follows Feng Shui principles, especially in the placement of bedrooms, the prayer room, and openings, all meticulously aligned with these guidelines. Additionally, with the building facing north and offering scenic mountain views, main spaces such as the TV room, relaxation room, study, and terrace, were positioned to ensure uninterrupted views from inside.
This uniquely designed single-story home includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The mood and tone of the home are inspired by Japanese aesthetics, promoting a sense of calm. The color palette consists of natural or beige tones, with the exterior incorporating brown hues to blend with nature, oak wood, gray and brown tones are featured prominently.
The interior spaces are distinctly organized, with a central hall serving as the focal point - connection all areas and offering uninterrupted views of the landscape and swimming pool. A wheelchair-accessible ramp has been included for ease of movement in the future. Additionally, a separate service building accommodates the laundry area, maid’s quarters, and driver’s room, all connected to the main house.
To enrich the atmosphere, the owner created a Japanese-style garden with winding walkways suitable for plant placement, avoiding deciduous trees and incorporating colorful flowering plants. This thoughtful landscaping encourages more time spent outdoors, enhancing overall well-being.
Because happiness can be found in everyday moments, creating a space that truly reflects our needs helps us live with ease, feel at peace and embrace the warmth of home.
